I went from an idea to a working game in 96 hours with help from AI.

I started with a simple idea and built a small game from scratch to see how far AI could take the process. I generated characters and sprites using diffusion models with live photo references, looped them with interpolation, and refined them in ComfyUI to create clean, usable assets. I tested different tools before choosing one to build the game.

I created a custom MentorGPT, trained it on the tools logic, and used it to guide me through collisions, physics, triggers, and gameplay flow. I asked AI to write the web interface, add conditions, adjust interactions, and fix issues as I built. The process showed me how fast you can move when you combine direction with good prompts, consistent asset generation, and quick iteration. I learned that taking action matters, AI strengthens ideas but never replaces them, creative ownership becomes shared, and simple concepts can become full builds when you push them forward.
