I developed an internal HR chatbot to improve communication and streamline processes. The system reduces workload by providing employees with fast, 24/7 access to HR-related information and answers to common questions. It also offers valuable insights and data tracking for the HR department, helping identify key areas for improvement. The chatbot is powered by a small fine-tuned language model trained on our HR materials and FAQs, and I built the front end using Cursor AI along with some manual coding.
