Here’s one fun experiment, I trained a LORA model (Flux 1.0) on myself to generate still images of me in different poses, moods, and settings. From there I sequenced the stills into animated clips, Used frame extensions and interpolation to add motion and flow, Did a rough edit in After Effects and Added color correction in Premiere to bring everything together.

But was it a video of me, performing something I directed on my laptop, with almost no budget? Yes and that’s wild.

A few Learnings:

A few Learnings:

01

AI takes patience. It’s not plug-and-play, smart prompting, iteration, and negative prompts are crucial. Try “reverse prompting.” The results can be surprisingly powerful.

02

Good training Data set = Good Results.

03

No tool does it all. Every model has unique strengths, and yes, you’ll sometimes have to pay for better output.

04

You need to guide it. AI isn’t perfect. Weak prompts or vague ideas = bad results or hallucinations.
